4. Client Obligations
4.1 Documentation Requirements

- Bank statements and financial records as required
- All documents must be self-attested and originals shown for verification
4.2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain confidentiality of transaction details
- Cooperate with legal and regulatory requirements
- Attend scheduled property visits and meetings
- Make payments through authorized channels only
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Transaction Fees
- Standard brokerage: 1-2% of property value (as per market norms)
- Rental brokerage: One month's rent (standard practice)
- Service charges: As applicable per service type
- Legal documentation fees: As per actual
- GST and other taxes: As per government rates
5.2 Payment Methods
- Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Cheque payments to company account
- Digital payments through authorized platforms
- Cash payments are not accepted
6. Property Transaction Process
6.1 Property Search and Selection
- Initial consultation and requirement analysis
- Property shortlisting based on criteria
- Site visits and property inspections
- Market analysis and price negotiations
- Final property selection
6.2 Documentation and Legal Process
- Title verification and legal due diligence
- Agreement preparation and review

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation before property finalization: Full refund of advance
- Cancellation after agreement: As per agreement terms
- Service charges are non-refundable once service is initiated
- Refund processing time: 7-14 working days
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws.
9. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Noida
- Applicable law: Laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh
- RERA dispute resolution mechanism will be followed where applicable
- Mediation option available for amicable settlement
10. Liability and Indemnification
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, pandemics, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact, fire, communication line failures, power failures, earthquakes, floods, or other disasters.
